Research
Please note that the 1991 US policy statement concerning research with
human subjects (which is referenced in Executive Order #12975 dated
October 3, 1995 and signed by Clinton), specifically states (see Volume
56 of the Federal Register, page 28012, June, 1991) that the term
"research" DOES NOT APPLY to any activities done in public schools to:
1. Develop or test new classroom behavior management methods and tactics.
2. Develop or test new instructional strategies and methods.
3. Develop or test new curricula.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this means that children are the ONLY citizens of
the United States of America who can be experimented upon without their
permission (or their parents' knowledge and/or consent)! The "protection"
of human beings involved in research DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM!!!!!!
I have been saying this, and documenting it, for TWO YEARS and nobody
seems to notice it. Please pass the word -- our children CAN AND ARE
being experimented upon to develop and test new behavior modification
techniques, new instructional methods (some might call them
indoctrinational, or brain-washing methods and they're certainly involving
WAY too much psychological testing and treatment programming), and new psycho-
educational curricula.
Please forward this notice to anyone who might care; please refer them
to my web site for additional information and documentation about this.
